We are slipping quite easily into this carefree lifestyle! We are already forgetting what day it is.......
But today we decided to explore a bit further, so after a bit of wandering around the resort, we jumped in our car and headed west down the coast to Waialua. It was a familiar drive and destination, but much less crowded today than on Saturday. There is a huge amount of activity at the primary surfing beaches along the north shore (Sunset Beach and the Bonzai Pipeline)......and surfing tournaments a couple of times a week when the wind is right. Winter is when the swells are the largest. We actually were able to get fairly close along the coast at Turtle Bay and got some good videos.
